In White 2 what does the "MICHINA" Arceus Card supposed say?

I doubt it’s real because shouldn’t it say something like “from Sinnoh?”

This Arceus could be obtained on Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold and Soul Silver.
