In order to get rare stones in Super Training, do you have to do good?

I only want the evo stones. Can you get them randomly after playing or do you actually have to score high? I remember getting a Shiny stone and using those boosting bags and not getting any stones, then the last time I tried without an effect bags and got a shiny stone.

In Secret Super Training, if the player achieves the target time, they will also receive an item as a reward, in addition to a training bag. The more the target time is beaten by, the more likely the player is to receive a rare item.

So, you at least have to beat the target time, which I personally call decent. But if you do “good” it will be much more likely.
