In OR/AS, can I encounter Cresselia again if I ran from it?

Hey! In alpha sapphire, I landed on Cresent isle and accessed the portal without even knowing what was there. When I saw it was Cressilia, I ran and wanted to come back with a better team and also saved so the island was still there. When I returned, I couldn’t access the portal.Is there any chance I can access the portal and encounter Cressilia again?Also, the island is still there. Will it disappear and reappear again?

The portal can be accessed again, but you will have to defeat the Elite 4 to get it to come back. As for if the island will still be there, as far as I can tell, it should come back once you defeat the E4 again.
