In an SOS battle (and not), what are the odds of encountering an Anticipation (HA) Eevee?

I would like to hunt for an Anticipation (HA) Eevee in two Pokemon games: Pokemon X and Pokemon Sun. However, I would like to know how easy it is to get an Anticipation Eevee in both. Please read the list below to fully understand what I’m asking:

For SOS battles:

HIDDEN ABILITIESChain length of 0 to 9: 0% chance of Hidden AbilityChain length of 10 to 19: 5% chance of Hidden AbilityChain length of 20 to 29: 10% chance of Hidden AbilityChain length of 30 to 255: 15% chance of Hidden Ability

As for in Pokemon X, Eevee can only get it’s HA if you have a friend with an Eevee in his Friend Safari, and you and your friend with the normal Friend Safari have to be online at the same time to get a HA Eevee.
