I know the reason.

Nintendo cut all Wifi for Black / White, and all games before it. The only Wi-fi battles you can now do are on X and Y versions of them game

In May last month, Nintendo shut down all Nintendo Wi-Fi features for the Gen IV and Gen V Pokemo games, and they can no longer be used anymore. Unfortunately, it will never open back up.

So now you can’t use the features like GTS, but you can do stuff like trading and battling with someone nearby.

As of May 20th, due to Gamespy shutting down all their programs and services the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection containing online features have shut down. Therefore , multiple online Pokemon titles are affected by it and have become inaccesibleClick here to see all listed programs

Wifi has been shutdown for black and white 1 and 2 That is why you get an error
