If Pokémon forgets move in G5, then evolves into Pokémon that doesn't learn the move, can the Pokémon relearn that move?

I taught myMagnetonthe moveTri Attackby going to the Move Reminder in the PWT in Pokémon White 2 (Magnemite didn’t learn this move). But then I looked at theMagnezone moveset, and it showed thatMagnezonecan only learn Tri Attack in previous evolutions (in other words, as Magnezone). So can I delete this move now and still be able to recover it later on?

Most likely not, since Tri-Attack can only be learned by Magnezone from previous evolutions, and that relearnable moves are based on their moves through level up as that evolution, it would be better to keep Tr-Attack on Magnezone.
