If I get a foreign Vivillon and breed with a Ditto, does it remain in the same pattern?

For example, I am from United States and the Vivillon in my area is only the Meadow pattern, if I get a Vivillon with a Monsoon pattern from trade, and breed it with a Ditto, will the offspring be Meadow pattern (because of my area) or Monsoon pattern?

The Vivillon will be the pattern of your area, so it will be Meadow pattern.
