If I EV train in hordes, will my other Pokemon get EVS from not battling?

Okay, the title probably doesn’t make sense, but I am gonna try to be clear here. So I was EV training my Latias, and I accidentally clicked on my Combee in my party on super training, and I saw it had the same EVS like my Latias, so I was wondering, will my Pokemon that didn’t enter the battle gain EVS? I want to EV train my Clawitzer, and I don’t want to super train, so yeah, will it gain EVS from other Pokemon battling for the EVS? I tried to make sense here but whatever.

As long as the exp share is switched on the Evs will be distributed among all party Pokemon. If you wanna train one poke turn off exp share.
