Happiny: Trophy Garden

After Palkia:Heatran: Stark Mountain

After Leafeon:Glaceon: Evolve Eevee by leveling up by icy rock in Route 217

Porygon2: Evolve Porygon by trading holding Up-GradePorygon: Veilstone City

Elekid:Hatch by eggElectabuzz: Route 222

Frostlass: Evolve Snorunt by using Dawn Stone on femaleSnorunt: Route 216, 217, Acuity Lakefront, Lake Acuity

Simple. Just trade with a friend or level them up yourself to get them.
