How to make competitive Ambipom?

So I’ve been playing showdown for maybe a week or so, and I want some of the Pokemon from there to get into ORAS.

My question is

Adamant or Jolly?

How do I get a technician ambipom by breeding aipom?

Item: life orb, silk scarf, or a different item?

EV spread? Is 252 spe 252 Atk and 4 def ok?

Moves:Fake OutKnock OffLow KickReturn?

And to answer your question, in Generation VI, any Pokémon, including male and genderless Pokémon, can pass down their Hidden Ability when bred with Ditto. Ditto’s Ability is irrelevant to inheritance. If the male is bred with another Pokémon from the same egg group, Hidden Abilities will not be passed down.

To initially get a Hidden Ability Ambipom / Aipom, you have to receive it from a trade or visit a Friend Safari. You will then be able to breed the Hidden Ability Pokemon with Ditto who will pass it down.
