How should I ev train my Armaldo?

He has adamant nature with a defense personality

Should I go Attack&Speed or Attack&Defense?

If there is a better way to train him please tell me.

Yeah, I’d invest in HP, since Armaldo already has great Defense. Investing more in it actually won’t make a big difference.

I’d go like this:

252 Attack252 HP4 Defense / Speed

This makes your Armaldo into a tank, which means he can used as more than just a Stealth Rock Lead. You can switch him in, use his excellent STAB moves, and probably KO a couple Pokemon.

His base speed is too low to waste EVs on, so I’d go Attack and Defense,

252 Attack100 Defense156 Special Defense4 HPOr something along those lines, you could invest more EVs in HP.

So if you want the best, probably go with this252 def/atk252 sp def4 atk/hp
