How much stats are reduced by a nature?

My Snivy is quiet natured therefore, its speed is reduced, which is its best stat, but how much is it reduced and will it effect battling a lot, or will Snivy still be able to strike first at times?

It will increase/decrease the stat by10%.

You can checkhereto see which stats are increased/decreased.
