How many Dragons are neutral to Ice?

Dragon/Fire, Dragon/Water, Dragon/Ice, and Dragon/Steel are the combinations that allow a Dragon type to be neutral to Ice. Appletun is the only Dragon type with Thick Fat, and it’s still 2x weak to Ice. This means the list as of The Indigo Disk consists of:
