How is Rough Skin compatible with endure on Garchomp?

I’ve been playing Smogon OU on Pokemon showdown and perhaps the most common Garchomp set on the ladder is Tank Chomp. I’ve put the set below. On some sets people opt to run endure over one of the other moves, typically over Fire Blast. However, based on my research, since Endure is a Gen 4 tutor move and Rough Skin is a Hidden Ability that was released after Gen 5. If anyone knows, explain how this combination is possible, and if it isn’t is there anyway I can inform Showdown of the issue?

In Generation V, Endure was available as aDream Worldmove for Gible, meaning Rough Skin Gible with Endure were obtainable from the Dream World. These can then be transferred to and used in Generation VI games.

The combination of Rough Skin and Endure on Garchomp is possible, and completely legal.
