How get a Chimecho with Recover and Hypnosis? BW2?

Reasons being that females cannot pass down egg moves before generation 6, which makes it impossible to get one like that in generation 5 as you would have to do the following:

You would have to breed a female Chimecho with one of these Pokemon to getHypnosis:

That would get you a Chimecho that would knowHypnosis.

Then you would breed the female Chimecho with one of these Pokemon to getRecover:

Either that, or first breed it with some Pokemon from that list that knows Hypnosis, then breed that offspring with a Pokemon from the second list that knows Recover.

That would require females to be able to pass down egg moves,which they can’t do before generation 6.
