How do you get Whismicott or Cottonee in Pokémon X/Y?

I am fairly new to Pokémon in general, and I am also new to Pokémon Database as well. I have searched deep into the internet for an answer; three hours of wasting time. All I see is videos and sites on shiny Cottonee or Whismicott, or unnecessary battle videos. If anyone can tell me where to catch Cottonee or Whismicott tell, it would be heavily appreciated.

You can’t!In order to get these Pokemon you must transfer them from Gen5 using PokeBank.

You can get Cottonee in Pinwheel Forest, Abundant Shrine, and Lostlorn Forest in Black,and Castelia City, Pinwheel Forest, Lostlorn Forest, Abundant Shrine, Victory Road in Black 2.
