How do you find Victini on Liberty Island? And what is this Liberty Pass?
Jul. 29, 2014I have no idea how to get to Victini. So, anyone know where he is on Liberty Island? And I heard recently about a Liberty Pass; what is that?

The Liberty ticket was anevent item. It enabled you to go toLiberty gardenand catch Victini.
The Liberty Pass (Japanese: リバティチケット Liberty Ticket) is an event item that allows a player to travel to Liberty Garden where he or she will meet Victini in Pokémon Black and White.
Since the event passed you can’t get it anymore unless you use AR codes or some other sort of cheating.
