How do you blow away a fire trap on a 3ds?

I was looking for a sun stone in platinum, and a fire trap appeared. I was on my3ds, so I didnt know what to do. plz help

After a careful examination of my 3DS console, I can confirm that the only speakers are one therightandleftof the top screen. Blowing into theseshouldput out the fire. That’s how it worked on the DS Lite.
