How do I get to the Secret Meadow, Secret Islet, and Secret Shore in ORAS?

On the Areanav, it’s showing me three new locations I’ve never been to: Secret Meadow, Secret Islet, and Secret Shore. It says on all of them that they are ideal for making Secret Bases.I’ve tried just surfing there (they’re along Routes 130, 126, and 131, respectively), but I’m blocked by huge rocks that lie in my way.So, how does one get to these Secret Areas?

The Secret Meadow is accessed through diving in Route 130, with six Super Secret Base areas.The Secret Islet is accessed through diving in Route 131, with one Super Secret Base areas.The Secret Shore is accessed through diving in Route 126, with six Super Secret Base areas.

The sheer purpose of these areas are for secret bases. Probably a good strategy to use for stuff like Capturing The Flag.
