How do I breed a Dratini with a max IV of speed?

This is Pokemon black 2 and i’m trying to breed a triple flawless. So far i’ve put a dragonite and a ditto with fantastic speed as told from the iv checker in the daycare. The dragonite has can’t be better defense as told from iv checker in gear station. I’ve tried a total of 6 times and no changes has occurred in the dratini’s i’ve hatched. Thankyou in advance.

If the Ditto has a good speed IV, then you can give it the Power Anklet to hold while it is in daycare. This will guarantee that its speed IV is passed down to the baby.
