How did I get Palkia from a raid lair I hosted in Sword?

I thought palkia was a version exclusive to Pokemon sheild, so how did I get one in Pokemon sword.i hosted the raid from my Pokemon sword version.Does anyone know what happened?

Peonia can give you the location for the other version’s exclusives. I got a Dialga raid from her before I started doing randoms online (I’m playing shield). The exclusive list only applies if you end up hosting a random raid.

It is impossible to get Palkia in Sword unless you trade it with someone else. You are probably getting confused with something or other.Hope I helped!

You may have joined a dynamax adventure with someone who has Pokemon shield, as palkia is a version exclusive to shield.
