5iv means a Pokemon that has 31 ivs in at least 5 of its stats and p5iv is a Pokemon with 31 stats in 5 stats BUT they are the stats that are the most important for the Pokemon.
It depends on the nature too, like for an adamant Pokemon if all the stats other than SpA r 31 (cuz adamant is Atk+ and SpA-), then that poke is p5iv. For a neutral nature like bashful there’s no p5iv variant and only 5iv versions exist.
Uhh, I’m not sure what you’re asking, but let me try and answer it. So, to find perfect IVs with the judge function, it says “BEST”.
So, a 5iv I believe means that there is an iv value of 5, or that there are 5 perfect ivs. So, if you are going with the first definition, then, the iv value of one stat of HP, SpAtk, SpDef, Atk, Def or Spe is 5. If the second, then they are the same thing. 5iv would mean 5 perfect ivs.
