How can I tell if my Type: null is close to evolving in Pokemon US?

i just got type: null in Pokemon US and I really want to evolve it but i’m not sure whether its close to evolving or not

By talking to the friendship checkerIn KoniKoni city, there is a lady who will tell you how much friendship you and your Type:Null have, based on what she says.Here is the chart for that:
