How can I get a Pikachu with volt tackle?
Mar. 20, 2015I tried once I had female pikachu have light ball and male pikachu with nothing but then when I hatched the pichu I didn’t have volt tackle so I guess it didn’t work what did I do wrong?
P.S Im using Pokemon “Alpha Sapphire”

In order to get a Pikachu with Volt Tackle either parents of the baby pichu have to be holding a light Ball. EX: A Male Pikachu holding a light ball breeding with ditto will produce a pichu with volt tackle.
The only way to get a Pichu with Volt Tackle is through breeding, and it’s only available in the Pikachu/Raichu line.You’ll need 2 Pikachu/Raichu (opposite gender with each other), have one of them holding a Light Ball, then put them in the Day-Care that supports raising 2 Pokemon (games from Gen 3 onward have a Pokemon Day-Care that can take care up to 2 Pokemon, but some of those games have its feature available in the post-game).
