How can Dragonite learn Thunder Punch and Fire Punch?

I really want my Dragonite to know Thunder Punch and/or Fire Punch. Since it learns them at level 1, I’m not sure how.

If you want yourDragoniteto learn Fire Punch and Thunder Punch, you need to talk to the Heart Scale person in whatever game you are playing, and have Dragonite “re-learn” it. Any time you see a Pokemon page and it says that the Pokemon learns that move at Lv. 1, it means that it must be learned through the Heart Scale tutor.You will need two Heart Scales since you want to learn both.

You have to go to a move tutor in whichever game you are talking about. I’m pretty sure it costs heart scales to re-learn a move. Basically it’s teaching them a new move. So go to the nearest move tutor in whatever game and get him those attacks if you want your Dragonite to have them.
