Has Ash had all starter Pokemon and their evolutions?

In the anime, has ash had every starter and its evolutions? etc: Marshtomp, Turtwig, Typhlosion

Nope.

He does not own or did not own:

-Ivysaur, Venusaur-Wartortle, Blastoise-Meganium-Typhlosion-Croconaw, Feraligatr-Torchic, Combusken, Blaziken-Mudkip, Marshtomp, Swampert-Piplup (although he did have the use of one temporarily), Prinplup, Empoleon-Servine, Serperior-Emboar-Dewott, Samurott

No. In Hoenn Ash only got Treecko and in Sinnoh Ash got Chimchar and Turtwig, Dawn had Piplup.

Well, to my knowledge, Pikachu (starter of Pokemon Yellow) never evolved into Raichu, so not really, no. (Though you probably didn’t want that answer. xD)

Um, I don’t think so. A quick search on Bulbapedia, he didn’t have Meganium. Nor did he have Empoleon.

So, the answer is no. :)
