Good doubles VGC Kommo-o partner?

Kommo-o (F) @ Quick ClawAbility: BulletproofEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpeJolly Nature- Substitute- Belly Drum- Drain Punch- Dragon Claw

What would be a good doubles partner for this set? Also, any changes or other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is no reason to use kommo-O as it gets outclassed by like…everything in series 9. lel. If youreallywant to use it, then don’t use that set lol.

Please, don’t use this. If you really are hellbent on using kommo-O, then I suppose a good partner would be eleki, as it is quite slow. Speed control is appreciated.
