Flash Cannon Blastoise?

I am trying to find a way to incorporate Flash Cannon into a special sweeper set. Please help.

I suggest Flash Cannon and Ice Beam as your last two moves.But why do you really want Flash Cannon? I prefer Dark Pulse instead, as I find it gives you better coverage, since Flash Cannon’s only use is against Fairies, and most of them are Specially bulky, anyway (Sylveon, Gardevoir, etc.)

Also, I realise Scald is for the burn, but Water Pulse is a good other option you should consider. Because of Mega Launcher it is the same power as Surf (90 power), but has a 20% chance to inflict confusion as well.
