Empoleon or Blastiose?

I’ve decided I’m going to try to get the perfect water type, I’ve decided its either Blastiose or Empoleon. But I can’t decide. (I’m playing Y BTW)I’m planning to have eitherCharizardBlastoiseVenusaurPikachuSnorlaxEspeon(I like Red)OREmpoleonGalladeHoundoomGarchompRoseradeStaraptor

Well, these questions are extremely vague and hard to answer.

ChooseEmpoleonif you want a bulky staller who has the ability to take special hits well with limited weaknesses and the ability to set up hazards and also get rid of them.

ChooseBlastoiseif you haven’t already got a mega or want a second one. A bulky hard hitter, but not as bulky as Empoleon. Good coverage but hard to make work on a team.

Honestly it depends on what team you have. Edit that in and I can edit this with more detail.
