Does Terastalizing affect Sheer Cold's accuracy?

If an Articuno were to terastalize into a Dark type, would Sheer Cold’s accuracy stay 30%, or would it drop down to 20%?

Also, does a non Ice type terastalizing into an Ice type get the accuracy raise for Sheer Cold or no?

Sheer Cold has a cool animation in this game.

Tested with a lvl75 Tera Poison Glalie I got out of a random raid, hunted Lvl 5 Pokémon exclusively on Poco Path. Eas incredibly tedious due to having to recharge at the Pokemon center after every battle, but after 34 attempts, I did infact miss a Sheer Cold while terastralized against an Igglybuff.

So yes, Terastalization does affect the accuracy of Sheer Cold if the loses its Ice Typing.
