Does Sheer Force get rid of overheats stat decrease and raise power?

I’m planning on using mega camerupt for multiplayer battle, its ability is sheer force so it cancels out other effects and raises damage by 30%, would sheer force get rid of the sp. attk drop and raise damage?

Sadly, no.

Sheer Force’s 30% power boost only affects moves that have “beneficial” effects, such as how Ice Fang may freeze the opponent. Moves such as Draco Meteor and Overheat, which both cause sharp Sp.Atk decreases, are not affected by Sheer Force.(~ • 3 • )~

Sheer Force only negates secondary effects of an attack, such as Shadow Ball’s chance to lower Special Defence or Water Pulse’s chance to confuse. It also negates recoil damage from Life Orb, but not from moves such as Double-Edge or Wild Charge. Sheer Force doesnotnegate stat drops resulting from an attack. Mega Camperupt will still have it’s Special Attack harshly reduced.
