Does breeding 2 4iv Pokemon that has 2 diff ivs between them get a 5iv Offspring Pkmn?

For example:

I have 2 ralts.

Ralts (Female)Ability: TracePerfect ivs: Def, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def & SpdNature: ModestHeld Item: Destiny Knot

Ralts (Male)Ability: TracePerfect ivs: HP, Def, Sp. Atk & Sp. DefNature: ModestHeld Item: Everstone

Will I be able to get an offspring that has these results:

Ralts (Female)Ability: TracePerfect Ivs: HP, Def, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def & SpdNature: Modest

Cause I have been breeding these 2 couples for quite a long time, like 10 eggs or more, and havent been able to get the desired Pokemon I wanted, and has started to doubt whether I am doing the correct way. Please tell me if I am doing it right, if not please tell me a correct way. Thanks!If you have an even more efficient way, please also tell me the way.

P.S. I just got the hang of breeding so there are some stuff abt it that I am unclear of. XD
