Do nature mint effects take place immediately after use?
Aug. 19, 2020Natures increase a stat by 10% and lower another by 10%. Let’s say I had a level 100 Modest Gigalith. If I used an Adamant mint on it, would it’s attack immediately be increased by 10%, or does the Pokemon need to level up in order to receive the stat boosts from the nature?

According to two sources, they say nothing about levels being necessary, so I do not believe that it will fail. Keep in mind though, that the actual nature is not changed.
