Do I go to safari zone after beating Chuck?

The Safarai Zone is closed until you beat Chuck, but you need to return to the Olivine Lighthouse, speak to Jasmine, give her the medicine for Amphy, and as you leave the Lighthouse, you should get a call from Baoba telling you that the Safari Zone is now open.

You should probably beat Jasmine first, since you’re already at Olivine, and then head to the Safari Zone.

You first meet the safari zone in Cianwood. You will be able to access the safari zone once you have healed amphoros, defeated chuck and obtained fly from the lady outside the gym.
