Do Dusk Balls work on Zekrom/Reshiram in N's Castle?

N’s Castle is not one of the locations that boosts the catch rate of Dusk Balls. This is true in both Black/White and Black 2/White 2, which can be confirmed from two articles:this Bulbapedia pagewhich doesn’t list it as a cave, andthis Smogon guidethat makes note of legendaries thatarein areas that give Dusk Balls their boost.
Of course, as you can just soft reset in front of Zekrom/Reshiram or fight them at night, this is a fairly insignificant mechanic.
Yes, you can use any Ball to catch any Pokemon (except when in the Safari Zone or those places where you are given Balls to use). However, if you are asking whether or not it gets the catch rate boost, I am unsure if the area where you catch Zekrom counts towards that.
