Could the DNA Splicers be used on other Legendary Trios/Duos?

Well it works on Kyurem and Zek/Reshi then why not on for example the Kali Trio or the EON duo?

Because the DNA SPlicers were made for Kyurem and the rest of the legendary Tao trio. In BW2 you see that Kyurem uses it to activate the ability to turn Reshiram/Zekrom into their stone form and then absorb them. This probably works because Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom were originally one Pokemon. This is unlike other trios/duos.

So no, the Splicers will not work on any other Pokemon.

Because the DNA splicers are Kyurem’s item and it was made for him. Thats like asking why doesn’t the relic glass change the swords of justice into therian forms.
