Completing Pokedex are all needed for shiny charm?

Are there any Pokemon that don’t count toward the completion of the Pokedex for the shiny charm? Thankyou.

As far as I know, completing your pokedex in your respective region gets you the oval charm. and completing the national pokedex gets you the shiny charm. But, I think you can still get it with the exception of ORAS event Pokemon : mew, lugia, ho-oh, celebi, jirachi, and deoxys. But, there might be others too.

No, you don’t need all of them, you need everyone that has been released except for the following:

MewCelebiJirachiPhioneManaphyDarkraiShayminArceusVictiniKeldeoMeloettaGenesectDiancie

If you’ve gotten them all aside from the ones above, go and visit the Professor and he’ll give you the charm.
