Cheated and Restarted. Was it really a risk?

I had a white 2, but I used Pokecreator to make the ultimate Pokemon catching mew (stun spore, hypnosis, false swipe, and something else) however I got scared it would glitch out my game and reset it. Was there really anything to worry about? And I gave it pokerus, which infected my other games when I traded over my legitimate Pokemon. Would that do anything?

There wasn’t anything to worry about, hacked Pokemon can’t hurt your game, and the Pokerus is just as if you got it legitly. Things that can harm your game is the earlier Action Replays, but the new Powersaves for X and Y are pretty safe.I wouldn’t reccomend cheating, though.
