Can you "Refresh" sleep?

Let’s just say I have a Pokemon with Rest, Sleep Talk, and Refresh. That Pokemon takes damage and uses Rest. It then uses Sleep Talk and you get Refresh. Will your slumber end? Or will you stay asleep?

When you use Rest and the Sleep Talk and land on Refresh itACTUALLY HEALS IT

(btw I only get 2 points for making this BA, not 20, for those who are point grubby)

Refresh->The user cures itself of a burn, poison, or paralysis, but not freeze and sleep, because, for the most part, the user is immobile with these two statuses anyway.

I tested it and failed.This was in my pearl, but I don’t think there are diferences in BW2 and XY.
