Yes.

Dexnav chaining Skarmory has a chance of holding a Metal Coat.

Wild Magnemite and Magneton has a 5% chance of holding one too.

Well, only as an item on Pokemon. There’s a 5% rarity of them appearing on Magnemite, Magneton, Metang, Bronzong and Bronzor. You can also get them off DexNax Skarmory. However, you can only get 1 by normal means (finding it on the ground or receiving it from an NPC).
