Can you find suicune in x?

Nope suicune is unobtainable in X/Y. The only way to get it is to get it on HG/SS(route 25) or FR/LG(roaming if you pick charmander) and then transfer it to a 5th gen game and then wait for pokebank(unless you live in Japan, South Korea, or Hong Kong)Source:http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Suicune

But if you want to just see a suicune, go to the cafes and pay for the terrace seating and your chances of seeing something rare like suicune will increse.

Suicune cannot be found in Pokémon X and Y. The only way to get a Suicune in your game is if you trade for one or transfer one over from Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 or White 2 using Pokémon Bank if you have one on there.
