Can Maractus be a good troll Pokemon?

I’m making a team of troll Pokemon to battle my friend with and I want to use Pokemon he would never suspect such as Maractus. I’m thinking something like this:

Would it work as a good troll?Any improvements?Are there any good never-ever used Pokemon trolls?

So in all honesty? No, it wouldn’t make a good troll unless you’re trying to make your friend forfeit out of feeling sorry for you P:It would be better to go use a Standard wall running Toxic + Healing move. That works better than Maractus, and fulfills the exact same role (There are heaps, just try Blissey or Chansey if you can’t think of one).

Now to your other question>Are there any good never-ever used Pokemon trolls?

To be honest,there is a reason they aren’t used. And that’s normally because they’re really, really unviable, and using them in any matter, let alone a troll manner would put you in a seriously disadvantaged position. You could however, try bring back something like TormentTran from Gen 4 or Gen 5 Whimsicott which were all very, very annoying sets.
