Can I transfer my save data from a digital game to a physical one?
Jun. 27, 2020I regret buying a digital copy of ultra sun because every now and then my 3ds keeps getting an error and I have to hold the power button to restart it. Maybe my 3ds is too old or something but this never happens on my physical ultra moon for some reason. Either way, if I buy a physical copy of ultra sun, is there a way for me to transfer my save file from the digital to the physical? If yes, then how? If you have a video link for it then please provide one

There’s no way to do it without hacking (though there is an app on the eShop that allows the opposite). The only way is to use the Homebrew Save Editor and PowerSaves, though I don’t advise you use either of them, since you don’t have a backup of your 3DS. :P
