Can I teach Foongus Foul Play through breeding?

Hello people.

I got all the freakin' fatigue getting a Calm, Regenerator Foongus with Hidden Power {Fighting} and realised I needed Foul Play. However, that move can be taught to the shroom only by tutor in Black and White 2. Hopefully, I have them both andcanteach a Foongus -not the perfect one, stuck in Pokémon X, Foul Play.

I wondered if I marry the Foongus with Foul Play with the perfect one with Le Scraf as rabbi (:p) and you database as the witnesses, will the offspring get Foul Play because the mother have it, or not?

If the move is only available via move tutor, no, it cannot be passed down through breeding.
