This set sent Excadrill straight up to Ubers. After one Swords Dance, Excadrill OHKOs Golem straight through it’s Sturdy. Here is the damage calc:+2 252 Atk Mold Breaker Excadrill Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 252 Def Golem: 440-522 (146.1 - 173.4%) – guaranteed OHKO

When a Gyarados mega evolves it gets the ability Mold Breaker, which will negate the effect of the Sturdy. Mega-gyarados gets access to a STAB Waterfall, which your Golem is *4 weak to, so it will OHKO it.

So yes your Golem can get OHKO’ed. Sorry
