Breeding Arcanine with Ninetails?

Okay so I want to breed a female Ninetails with a male Arcanine to make a baby Vulpix. But I don’t understand how passing moves down to the baby works. I want the move fire blast passed down to Vulpix. Plus, what is a good egg move reccomended by you guys for Vulpix?

The Pokemon species depends on the Female you breed. So you want a baby Vulpix ergo you will need a Female Ninetales.The moves the baby has are passed down by the Male.Vulpix cannot learn Fire Blast as an egg move unfortunately. These are the moves it CanlearnI’m not sure what egg moves are best, but they have to be known by Arcanine.
