Blizzard a better option than Ice punch? Mega Aggron?

Well avalanche isnt available anymore so I was wondering if blizzard would be a better option on this set

Unquestioningly Ice Punch.

Aggron’s stats lean heavily toward Attack, rather than Special Attack. This makes Ice Punch, a physical attack, much better for him than Blizzard, a special attack. This, of course, is also before considering accuracy, which is an issue for Blizzard.

Note that Avalanche is still possible to obtain, it simply requires you to use PokeBank to transfer from a Gen 4 game to a Gen 6 game. Just more hoops to jump through.
