Maybe a Whimsicott?(I hate those things) So the moveset can be like this:Whimsicott @ Focus SashAbility: PranksterEVs: 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 SpDBold Nature- Taunt/Stun Spore- Encore- Memento- Tailwind___Stun Spore helps keep fast sweepers in check, Encore locks foes in useless moves, Tailwind then Memento helps keep momentum for your next Pokemon. Taunt is also an option to replace Stun Spore, because it can render other support Pokemon useless.

And Prankster gives all this stuff priority.

Also, because Whimsicott is just very frail in general, the Focus Sash keeps it alive when hit by whatever move is thrown at it.
