Aromattisse or Sylveon?
Dec. 2, 2013I’m wanting to get a Fairy Pokemon. Which one do you think I should get? (Planning to make it a sp. attacker.)

If this is in-game, Sylveon for better sp. atk, Aromatisse for better coverage. If this is competitive, Sylveon.
Sylveon doesn’t learn a lot of coverage moves outside of its STAB, with the exception of Shadow Ball and Psyshock. Then again, they’re all the moves that it needs, along with Calm Mind.
Aromatisse has abysmal speed, but at least it gets more coverage moves, like T-bolt, Energy Ball, Charge Beam, and Psychic.
Obviously Sylveon, it outclasses Aromatisse in every Stat that matters other than defense, but it has higher HP which makes up for that. Sylveon also has a much better special attack
Sylveon. For the love of god, pick Sylveon.Hereis a good moveset for Sylveon.Sylveon has much better stats than Aromatisse, and the totals for each are 520 and 468, respectively. Aromatisse also has 29 Base Speed, and worse SpAtk than Sylveon. Sylveon also is a great special wall, having a base stat of 130.
