Are there any Pokemon that don't learn STAB by level up?

There are Pokemon that used to get no STAB moves, though this is just mostly because there weren’t a lot of moves in the earlier gens.

Magikarp(besides the event one with hydro pump) and feebas. Feebas can learn water type moves, but only by tm. Hope this helps!
